This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one bottle per customer. For repeat purchases or bulk orders (e.g. 3-6+ bottle bundles), refund requests may incur a 20% restock fee. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and disposing of returned products, which we do not resell. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
